At Hotel Travel Awards, we adhere to an equitable and fair process that emphasises the credibility of our hotel partners. The awards process is divided into ten categories as identified;

A member of our dedicated registration team will contact you within 24hrs to process the registration, they will ensure all the relevant information and documents have been provided and they will take the one off payment fee of 550 GBP (exc VAT).
You will receive your Hotel Travel Awards welcome pack which will explain your exciting journey through the awards process and provide you further information as to what you can expect. Within your welcome pack, you will also receive your certificate as an official registered hotel for all relevant categories, in regards to the participating year of awards. This certificate can be displayed within your hotel and a digital version can be used on your marketing material, this is a major show of credibility for all participating hotels.
You will receive proof from our team in partnership with One Tree Planted, to confirm the plantation of your tree and participation in our environmental pledge. This is our commitment to a greener future, after all the world is what we all have in common.
At this stage our booking team will liaise with your reservations department to agree a date for our world class inspectors to visit your hotel for the purpose of carrying out our inspection of your exceptional service and facilities.
On the agreed date, our word class inspector/s will arrive at your hotel to carrying out our detailed and unique inspection process. They will follow our strict set of guidelines and scoring procedure, this is to ensure that all hotels are judged fairly, in line with international standards.
After our inspection has been carried out and our inspector has checked out of your hotel, a member of our dedicated team will be in touch to provide a copy of the extensive confidential report that was carried out by our inspector during their stay. Our report gives all hotels an unprecedented insight through the eyes of industry experts, into every aspect of the hotel.
The collected data, reports and reviews are presented to our world class team, with each using their sills, experience, extensive knowledge and enthusiasm as a base for selecting, promoting and showcasing our award winning hotels on an international stage. Each hotel will be reviewed and ranked within their relevant categories using our collection of extensive data, which would include our unique inspectors report, carried out through a guests experience.
All winning hotels will be privately notified on the last week of October of the participating year that they have won an award, but will not be made aware as to which category the award has be won in. All Awards will be formally revealed with the last two weeks of November of the participating year, further updates will be given nearer to the date of the awards ceremony.
All winning hotels will receive their handcrafted, framed winners plaque engraved with their hotel name and winning category. Winning hotels can display these awards to showcase this great achievement to their guests within their establishments or through their marketing materials. This will increase your exposure to a vast range of potential guests who seek credibility when choosing their desired establishments.
